I'm moving :,(

It's true! I'm leaving blogger and converting to wordpress. I've already converted everything over (including all your comments) and I'm in the process of fixing everything up over there, so it's not looking too pretty at the moment, but I'm really excited about having my own domain!

I just wanted to thank everyone who reads my blog here, and thanks to those who've commented and said nice things :D I wub you all! And I hope you'll come over to my new blog and say hello :D

Celebrate good times, COME ON!

To commerate this special day I have two images:

This one is made by me, don't mind Bob, he NEVER approves.

This image is by guest illustrator Amy aka A-deau and the Boobie-deau aka My little sister. What says Awesome 100th Post Party better than a hot blonde with rocking tits? NOTHING. Thats what.

Made by Six - Portfolio

No, not Blossoms best friend, but a brilliant creative consultancy from Leicester!

Cardon Copy - Redesign awesomeness

Have you ever seen a Lost cat poster and been too distracted by the terrible typography to care about the cat? Apparently, you're not alone! Cardon Copy has taken these crimes against design and replaced them with something more aesthecially pleasing. Follow the link to check out the rest of them, they're all beautiful! http://cardoncopy.com/index.html

Typotheque specimens

I got a lovely type specimen booklet from Typotheque in the post today. I love receiving stuff like this in the post, images on the internet aren't half as lovely as they are in print.

(I've put the links to the fonts in the pictures below the images.)

His self-promotional stuff is blowing my mind! The use of anatomical diagrams is so cool.

Thompson Brand Partners

I love this mailer from Thompson Brand Partners. The colour scheme alone is a reason to be cheerful! I have a thing for red and blue together though, so maybe my view is biased.

Contact them to receive the Reasons to be cheerful!

pprwrk Studio - Type design

Quatro is the newest typeface from Mark Caneso of pprwrk Studio. Some of the details are really nice (the K and italic uppercase R in particular), check out all the typefaces and a really slick graphic design portfolio.

Thank you!

A big 'ol thank you to Luv that design for featuring me on their site! Very, very awesome!

Gavin Potenza - Portfolio

Really fantastic work from Gavin Potenza. I love the Truth on Brands project, what it represents and how it's been executed. I'm a big fan of the simple vintage style.

Cultural statement based on how brands have changed their ideals and fundamentals throughout the years. Inspired by the words of Marty Neuemeier and how brands no longer aim to communicate what they represent but rather attempt to cater to the consumer's varying interests.

Check out his portfolio for a whole load of awesomeness. http://www.gavinpotenza.com/

Men's Fashion Week Invites

Wallpaper* has a gorgeous selection of invites from S/S mens shows. My favourites are the Comme des Garcons and Vikor & Rolf invitations.

Film the blanks - Flickr

An awesome set of iconic movie posters pared down to the most basic elements. It's weird how recognisable some are, like the Jaws one, which is basically a blue, white and red rectangles.

These are my favourite ones:
